Summer Salsa Verde Recipe

This is one of my favourite things to make in the summer months as it elevates most dishes and is particularly good with BBQs and on summer picnics. Its also packed with nutrients and chlorophyll so great for building Blood.

Ingredients

2 handfuls of parsley

1 handful of basil

1 handful of mint

1 clove of garlic

1 tbsp of gherkins

1 tbsp of capers

3 tbs of cider vinegar

8 tbsp of olive oil

Method

Throw it all in the nutribullet or food blender and blitz. Keep in the fridge.

Other herbs suitable as substitutes are tarragon, wild garlic, chives, rocket and nasturtium leaves.
